1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEDGE website, mobile application, and any other services operated by SEDGE Apparels Private Limited ("SEDGE", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Registration

SEDGE collects personal data directly from you when you create an account, log in, verify your mobile number or email address, update your profile, save addresses, browse products, add items to your cart or wishlist, place an order, make a payment, request cancellation, exchange or return a product, seek a refund, contact customer care, submit feedback, participate in surveys, enrol in loyalty programmes, or otherwise interact with the Platform or SEDGE's services.
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioural information, including your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and session duration, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
5. Sharing of Data with Third Parties
Third-party operational systems involved in delivery and fulfilment management may receive limited personal data strictly necessary for successful order completion and related service coordination. Customer information may be transmitted through shipping labels, logistics integration layers, and connected platforms used for order management, logistics coordination, and fulfilment activities. As part of SEDGE's privacy safeguards, the customer's contact number may be masked at the time of sharing, wherever technically feasible or operationally implemented. Information shared for such purposes may include the customer's name, contact number, delivery address and pincode, and email address, where required for shipment communication, delivery updates, or fulfilment-related purposes. Last-mile delivery may be undertaken through empanelled courier partners engaged by SEDGE from time to time. In each case, the data shared remains restricted to what is necessary for the relevant service and is subject to applicable commercial, operational, and contractual arrangements. While SEDGE undertakes reasonable efforts to engage service providers subject to appropriate contractual and operational safeguards, SEDGE shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission, default, breach, negligence, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or processing of personal data caused by any third-party courier partner, logistics provider, operational platform, or other external service provider, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Products, Pricing, and Availability
All products displayed on the Platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order at our sole discretion — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment has been taken, we will refund the amount in full.
8. Payments
We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. SEDGE does not store your card or banking details on its servers.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier delays, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; title passes upon full payment.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Certain categories (innerwear, swimwear, personalised items) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. 11. Coupons, Offers, and Promotions
Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, may not be combined unless stated, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, and code — is owned by or licensed to SEDGE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access; scraping, copying, or reselling content; uploading malicious code; impersonating another person; or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Platform or violates applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEDGE, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
